When I'm tipsy..
Hohoho. Shall not explain so much bout my duper late update.

But well, I've spent my off days doing things that is meaningful.

Let's start off with my first off day..
Went over to Beibi's place to cook dinner together :)
The night before was at Pasir ris Farmway for prawning.
Just the 2 of us. 3 hrs. 10 over mosquito bites. Zzzz.
Uh yea, reached home at abt 5am.

Plain flour.
Nestle Cream.

Milk.
Let's start off with some homemade Mash potato :)
I started peeling the potato skin..
Ta-da.
Cut it into cubes and boil it..
Waiting for it to get soften then mash them.
:) Look pretty not bad.
Oh yea, I've missed out a few steps.
While I was busy doing other things Beibi actually added the Cream+milk into the mash potato.
Mix it & wait for it to dry up.
Last step, heat up the excess water.
Geehee. & Beibi is cutting off the skin of the fish fillet.
After removing it..
Add in the normal ingredients like salt etc..
This is style. Hahahaha. Normal Meiji plain biscuit.
To this.
& this! small pieces.
& Beibi is removing the skin of the prawns.
And then... it's my show time!
Placing the fillet onto the flour and flip it around.
Make sure all the corners is covered by flour.
(Sorry for the shadow that causes the pics to look dark.)
And then followed by dipping it into eggs.
Last but not least, then flip it around in the small pieces of biscuit.
Uh huh, is the prawns' turn.


Just look at my hand. Arghhhh.
I cant even feel my fingers after everything got stuck & stick together.
I missed out the part where he fried the fish fillet :(
Well, this is my dinner :)
Weeeeeeeeee~ My Beibi is a awesome cooker!
In future I wont be the one doing the cooking. Heehee.
Oh btw, the taste of the dinner is AWWWW.. *thumbs up!*
Except for the fillet.. A lil bit too salty. Hahaha.
On my second off day.. headed to Town.
Ion, 313 then Bq.
Ion for dinner, 313 for Forever21 & Bq for a lil bit of drink with my love.
