Attack
Never knew that I'll be suffering from such illness.
I always thought that I'm super healthy and stuff like that.
Because my immune system is stronger and I hardly fall sick.
Probably like once every 6 months.. *choy choy*
I've no drug allergy or anything. I thought I was 100% healthy..
Few months back, was the first time in my life it happened to me.
I had an argument with S on the phone and hung up on him.
I started crying like no body's business and panting real hard.
My brain began to freeze and both of my hands were numb. I cant feel anything at all.
I thought I was going to die.
I look extremely pale and Mummy began to massage my fingers for me
as they were all stiff and numb. I cant feel anything at all.
Honestly, 70% of my body were just. Numb. I even tried pinching myself after calming myself down..
I cant feel myself at all.
Since then, I experienced a couple of times whenever I had big arguments with A.
Again, I lost control and started panting hard.
I felt like I've difficulties breathing, talking, moving. Whole body turn freezing numb once again.
I'll only be back to normal after taking a cup of water and calming myself down.
I then decided to do a research on it and concluded that I'm suffering from Panic Attack.
My symptoms fit in exactly..
"The duration of a panic attack can vary greatly, it typically lasts for more than 10 minutes,
is one of the most distressing conditions that a person can experience,
and its symptoms can closely mimic those of a heart attack."
"Symptoms of panic attacks in women tend to include more avoidance of anxiety provoking situations,
show more frequent recurrence,
and more often result in the use of medical care compared to panic attack symptoms in men."
