Everywhere is crowded!

2 relaxing days for myself, after working 4 days straight.
I dont see any advantage to get off days during weekend.
Everywhere is crowded(eg.malls), everything is expensive(eg.movie).
Let's make today as an example.

Went out dating with boyfriend on a Saturday.
Our first location was Vivo City.
When we're on our way, traffic was really heavy. So we were stuck in the car for pretty long.
After parking the car at the car park, took a lift to level 1 - got to squeeze in the lift.
Wanting to get ticket for movie, queue was duper long and almost all the movie ticket are selling fast.
Ended up we catch another show that is not what we initially wanted to watch.
Went to arcade after our movie for our usual game - squeeze & got to wait for our turn to play.
Beibi drove all the way from Vivo City to Seletar Camp area as we wanted to settle down & have dinner at Sunset Grill & Bar.
Ended up, their last order was 9pm and we reached at 9.10pm.

Totally describe the feeling that the both of us are having at that point of time.
Randomly picked a place called the Mad Jack Cafe to have our dinner.
Surprisingly the cost of the food are really cheap & with NO service charge!
Heehee.

Because both of us is trying hard to squeeze into the camera.

Beibi reminded me to get my favourite candy when I step into Vivo City!

I can never believe this is happening in Singapore, sucha modern country.

Gang-rape charge amended to aggravated molestation

SINGAPORE - They were originally accused of gang-raping a 17-year-old girl. But after 19 days of hearing and 46 witnesses called to the stand, the High Court hearing of the five youth took an unexpected turn yesterday.

The charge was amended to aggravated molestation instead.

After a brief adjournment, the five - Muhammad Shafie Ahmad Abdullah, 19; Mohd Sadruddin Azman, 20; Lim Boon Tai, 21; Rishi Mohan, 18 and Mohamed Firdaus Roslan, 19 - pleaded guilty to the amended charge yesterday.

No reasons were given during yesterday's proceedings to explain why the charges were amended from the more serious charge of rape.

The victim, who is now 19, was the last to take the witness stand on April 24 - the last time the case was heard - which was held behind closed doors.

Deputy Public Prosecutor Christina Koh informed the court yesterday that the prosecution would not be tendering a victim impact statement.

The five had met up at Shafie's parents' flat on Christmas night in 2008. They then became bored and wanted to have female company in the flat.Investigations revealed one of the five had found the victim's name and hand phone number stored in the hand phone belonging to another of the accused, Ms Koh said.

One of them then posed as her schoolmate and called her up. Even though she did not know him, the victim agreed to meet for supper at Woodlands.There, she was met by the only one in the group whom she knew.

He then took her to the flat and introduced her to the other four. At the flat, they played card games, in which the penalty for losing was to drink a cocktail of vodka and soft drinks. The girl drank more than five disposable cups of the cocktail.

After a knock on the door - and fearing it was Shafie's parents that had returned - the victim then hid in a bedroom with Lim.

There, the victim allowed Lim to have sex with her.

The other four later told Lim that they, too, wanted to have sex with her. Lim allowed them to do so. He pulled her onto a mattress and the rest took turns to sexually violate her.

The case was adjourned yesterday to a later date for them to prepare their mitigation pleas. All five can be jailed between two and 10 years and caned.

The best part of this story, I just ended my work at 12am and started to fix my blog from 2am to 4am.
